Track workouts aren't about beating others; it's about challenging yourself to be faster than you were before. This high-intensity track workout program will help you become a faster, stronger, and more efficient runner.
This 8 week program is an opportunity for you to become a faster and more efficient runner, regardless of your preferred distance. Each participant will be assigned a personalized pace for each workout, which will be determined during the first speed session. Speed repeats will include distances between 200 meters to 1600 meters, with brief recovery intervals in between. Most workouts will total 3000 meters or more of sprinting. Speed demons training sessions will range from 3 to 6 miles, including warm-up and cool down.<br>
