The Fall Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The training will be geared towards Strolling Jim Marathon that takes place on May 5th, 2018.

Training will begin on Saturday, January 6th at 8:00a.m..
We will have the following pace groups for the full marathon training...3:45, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00
