Murfreesboro Full Marathon Training

The Fall Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The training will be geared towards Strolling Jim Marathon that takes place on May 5th, 2018.

We'll keep you healthy as you train hard for your marathon with:

You don’t have to train alone - Fleet Feet Sports is here for you!

At the end of training you will also receive a 26.2 car sticker to show off your achievement!

Training will begin on Saturday, January 6th at 8:00a.m..

 We will have the following pace groups for the full marathon training...3:45, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00
