Momentum Running 101

There will be no 1oK training program starting in January! Check back for the next available 10K program.

Runs will be Saturday mornings at 7:30 am and Thursday evenings 6:30 pm.
Running 101 is for the beginner that wants to take it to the next level. In this 12 week program you will focus on increasing your mileage and moving from 5k to 10k distance. You can choose from a run/walk plan or transition from run/walk to run. If you have completed the No Boundaries 5k training program, this program will take you to the next level.
