Introducing Full Marathon Training
The Fall Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The training will be geared towards the Nashville Marathon that takes place on November 11th.
We'll keep you healthy as you train hard for the Nashville Marathon with:Professionally Coached Workouts

At the end of training you will also receive a 26.2 car sticker to show off your achievement!
Training will begin on Saturday, July 29nd at 7:00 a.m..
We will have the following pace groups for the full marathon training...3:45, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00
Meeting locations may vary, most will start from the Dam at the Stones River Greenway.
