The Fall Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The training will be geared towards the Nashville Rock & Roll Marathon.

At the end of training you will also receive a 26.2 car sticker to show off your achievement!
We will have the following pace groups for the full marathon training...3:45, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00
