Join Fleet Feet Sports Murfreesboro True Grit Runners as we seek adventures in off road running. If you're looking for a new challenge, more fun than you can imagine and beautiful scenery then this is the program for you. We invite all who are in interested in shaking up the ground a little to join us as we train for a 9 mile trail race!
Program Details:
- 12 week program
- Meets Saturday mornings
- Info Meeting: Tuesday, May 12th at 6:45 pm
- Start Date: Saturday, May 30th at 7:00 am
- Program Fee: $99.00 (Race Fee not included)
- Group training runs are held on Saturday mornings 8:00 a.m. (Locations to be announced)
- Weekly emails from your coach
- Mentors to help motivate and guide you through the trails
- Educational seminars covering gear and safety, good form and trail running technique, injury prevention, and nutrition/hydration
- Graduation Race: Wild Thang 9 Mile Trail Run

***For those who are ready to take on this challenge we do suggest that you have a reasonable fitness base and can run/walk a comfortable 3 miles upon starting the program. Excursion runs will be planned and travel distance up to a 25 mile radius from Murfreesboro.
