Fleet Feet Sports murfreesboro training programs

Fleet Feet Sports Murfreesboro is committed to helping you complete your training goals. We have designed our programs to give your couch separation anxiety. Start as a new runner who wants to finish your first 5k, or, as an avid recreational runner, try your foot at a 10k or 1/2 marathon. Each training program is 12 weeks ending with participation in a local race. You will meet with your training group and coach every Saturday morning at 7 a.m. You will then receive your workout via e-mail from your coach on Sunday for the week. Each program will also include 3 seminars: Gear, Nutrition, and Core/Stretching/ Injury. Check out the programs below to find the one that best fits you.
