Training

Fleet Feet Sports Murfreesboro is committed to helping you complete your training goals. We have designed our programs to give your couch separation anxiety. Start as a new runner who wants to finish your first 5k, or, as an avid recreational runner, try your foot at a 10k or 1/2 marathon. Each training program is 8-16 weeks ending with participation in a local race. You will meet with your training group and coach on your designated day. You will then receive your workout via e-mail from your coach on Sunday for the week. Each program will also include 3 seminars: Gear, Nutrition, and Core/Stretching/ Injury.
