Fleet Feet Sports Murfreesboro and Fleet Feet Sports Mt. Juliet is committed to helping you complete your training goals. We have designed our programs to give your couch separation anxiety. Start as a new runner who wants to finish your first 5k, or, as an avid recreational runner, try your foot at a 10k or 1/2 marathon. Each training program is 8-16 weeks ending with participation in a local race. You will meet with your training group and coach on your designated day. You will then receive your weekly workout via e-mail from your coach.

Description: Mentors play an important role in ensuring a great experience for our training program participants. Do you have what it takes to be a Fleet Feet Sports Mentor? We are currently looking for run and run/walk mentors for our ongoing training groups ranging from 5K to the marathon.
Description: "My favorite part of mentoring the WalkFit training program is getting to watch others over the course of the training build confidence that they can do this, and being there when they may doubt, telling them they can do it. The most rewarding part is watching them cross that finish line and become a member of the group of us all that know exactly what that feeling is like and getting to experience it with them."
