Fleet Feet Sports Murfreesboro and Fleet Feet Sports Mt. Juliet is committed to helping you complete your training goals. We have designed our programs to give your couch separation anxiety. Start as a new runner who wants to finish your first 5k, or, as an avid recreational runner, try your foot at a 10k or 1/2 marathon. Each training program is 8-16 weeks ending with participation in a local race. You will meet with your training group and coach on your designated day. You will then receive your workout via e-mail from your coach on Sunday for the week. Each program will also include 3 seminars: Gear, Nutrition, and Core/Stretching/ Injury. Description: A 12 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.
