Coaching, camaraderie, and motivation to run or walk your first 5K!
Does running or walking a mile seem impossible to you? Have you had the goal of training for a 5k on your bucket list? Would you like to be a part of a group that fosters accountability in a fun and friendly environment?
Sound Interesting? The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in less than three months. Along the way we provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
Informational Meeting (choose one): May 10 or May 11
Program begins Saturday, May 22 at 8 a.m. (12 week program)
Program Fee: $75 (includes tech shirt, jacket and coaching)
