Meet Our Staff

KRISTA DUGOSH, Owner

An avid runner (and pizza-eater) since college, Krista Dugosh practices what she sells at Fleet Feet Murfreesboro. Krista is a Board Certified Pedorthist who will help solve your problems in or related to the foot and lower limb. She is an expert in fitting the correct shoe to your foot, and can recommend the correct insert if one is required. She chose Murfreesboro to open her Fleet Feet store because of the hometown feel and "awesome people."
Krista's Exercise Tip? "Start your programs conservatively, you'll be more likely to stick with it!  Don't overdo it and over-train.  Injuries are yuck!"

ANDREA

Inspiration for Andrea comes from her marathon-running father. By 3rd grade Andrea was running in competitions. After college, the motivation was to lose weight, and now, after three children of her own, Andrea runs for her sanity. Andrea loves working at Fleet Feet because "we serve the community to make a healthy, active lifestyle more enjoyable."
Her favorite quote: "Those who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those doing it."

KALEY (Marketing Coordinator)
BS: Exercise Science
MS: Sport Management

Four years of team soccer at MTSU along with lots of studying for a degree in exercise science has kept Kaley active. She recently got her graduate degree in sport management, and she really gets excited when people leave the store with their feet feeling great.

Brandon

Brandon (Director of Training/Team sales)
BS: Human Physiology
For Brandon, a long trail run followed by chocolate milk and a nap is the way to start the weekend. He is amazed at how much he learns from the staff and customers every day. "...and miles to go before I sleep...(Robert Frost) is Brandon's mantra, as he fills each day as full as possible.

DAVID
With his favorite quote being "It's at the borders of pain and suffering that the men are separated from the boys" (Emil Zatopek), it's no wonder David's favorite weekend activity is going on a long run. What's his favorite part of working at Fleet Feet? Getting people off their couches.

PAUL
Originally a road cyclist and mountainbiker before moving to triathlons, Paul has numerous age group placings in 5k's and triathlons, and he competes in most running distances. After a three-year break from tri's, he is training to bring Fleet Feet Murfreesboro its first triathlon placing..."Wish me luck!"

CHARLES (Training Coach)

At 38 yrs old and 370 lbs., Charles went through a life changing experience. He lost 190 lbs. and has maintained the weight loss through a healthy diet and running. He completed his first half marathon in 2007 and has completed three more since, breaking the two hour mark in the last. He plans on running a full marathon when his two children get out of high school. Charles currently holds a green belt in Tang Soo Do under the instruction of Master Eli Smith and plans to get his black belt one day.

MEGAN

In between classes at MTSU, swimming laps and shopping, Megan enjoys meeting and working with Fleet Feet customers. She's an active member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and likes running while listening to her iPod to relax.
