GET FIT 2014 Challenge is a 12 week challenge created to begin a process and to encourage Middle Tennessee population to change their current lifestyle. This program is designed to reach out to the community and offer an incentive program for lifestyle changes, promote health and fitness through exercise and encourage modifying lifestyle habits.
Program is closed for this season! The next challenge will start in May 2014.
