Yoga for Runners
Yoga for Runners is an instructor-lead four-week yoga workshop aimed at providing a once a week yoga practice to benefit runners increase range of motion, provide balance strength, sync breathing, and reduce risk of injury.
Join us for a four-session workshop for all levels – from the first time yogi or to add to your existing practice.
What you will need:
Cost: $40 for 4 sessions!
Where and When:
This session will start November 2nd at Fleet Feet Murfreesboro
November 2nd, 9th, 16th, (NO YOGA THE 23rd, Thanksgiving Week), and 30th
@ 6:45pm - 7:30pm
THIS WILL BE LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS DUE TO SPACE.
YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP QUICK!
What this looks like:
Sessions are 45 minutes for all levels, as this will be excellent for those who want an instructor to really help you in all areas of yoga!
