Tuesday, September 17th. @ 6:45 p.m. Our Running Strong/Injury Free Seminar with Jennifer is an interactive program that will focus on the importance of incorporating core strength and exercises for injury free running as well as focusing on the importance of dynamic warm-ups and static stretches to help recovery from your workouts. Please bring a towel/yoga mat, a stability ball if you have one. Wear running apparel for comfort during activities. We will be addressing common running/walking discomforts such as shin splints, tight calf muscles, IT Band Syndrome, Periformis discomfort, etc.
