Mt. Juliet: True Grit Sunrise Trail Run

Here we are yet again, craving to get in some miles on the trails.

Join us for some more fun on the trails @ Long Hunter State Park's Bryant Grove!

There will be 2-8 mile options; beginners and grizzled veterans welcomed! We'll begin on the Couchville Lake side, next to the playground.
Bryant Grove is flat and fast with few technical portions of the trail, making for a beginner friendly route.

WHEN:

October: 29th

November: 26th

December: TBD

TIME: 8:00am (for those who need beauty sleep)

WHERE: Bryant Grove Trail @ Long Hunter State Park

Endurance Gives Back
A charitable initiative by the endurance community in Nashville to give back to the city that provides so much to us. The objective will be to organize all of the running, cycling and swimming groups in town to donate their loose change for one week out of every quarter. At the end of the week, the change will be collected by Fleet Feet Sports and Team Edith and donated to a local Nashville charity. (I will have a large container to collect the change)
WHO WE ARE GIVING TO:
**The first week of giving will take place from March 27th through April 2nd. The goal this week will be to provide funds for Amputee Blade Runners. These funds will provide a running prosthetic for an athlete that insurance will not cover**
