TIME: 7:00 am.

    Wheelchair start: 6:55 am

    Kids' 1 Mile Fun Run: 7:10 am

PLACE: Start near MTSU Track and Soccer Stadium, Greenland Drive

saturday morning training runs!!

We will be meeting at the store each Saturday morning at 7am to do our weekly long runs.  The idea  is to train our long runs together in preparation for the Murfreesboro Half Marathon.

Meet new running buddies, run with licensed trainers and let's get FIT together.
